Philando Castile admits that he has a weapon and informs officers that he is reaching for his license in his wallet. As he reaches for the license, the officer shoots him 4 times. Their young daughter was also in the car at the time of the shooting. The woman was then ordered out of the car and put in handcuffs as she screamed .
